Maisto was founded in 1967 and is part of May Cheong Group, a Hong Kong-based vertically integrated manufacturer. The company makes authentic-looking scale models of cars, ranging from the 1965 Pontiac GTO to the latest Lamborghini Gallaro, as well as motorcycles and trucks. Models vary from 1:64 to 1:10 scale. Maisto works with carmakers and with toy retailers, selling to national and regional chains and independent toy and hobby stores.
