• A.hoopos.com offers free shipping within India on all products above Rs. 349. For orders below Rs. 349 hoopos.com will charge Rs. 50 for shipping.
• 2.How long will it take to receive the ordered products?
• A.We attempt to process every order and ship within 48 hrs. Exact shipping time depends on the availability of certain products and will be communicated during the process of ordering. Depending upon your location within India, post ordering this should take overall 4-7 days to get delivered.
• 3.What will be the mode of delivery?
• A.We process all deliveries through reputed couriers like Blue Dart and DTDC. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items through government registered book-post or speed-post.
• 4.What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?
• A. There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.
