Exchanges and Returns

Please note that all refunds and returns will be initiated once the product has reached us.

• hoopos.com has a 7 day no questions asked exchange/return policy. This applies for 7 days from date of delivery to your address
• Please note that all returns must be resale-able i.e. unused, unwashed, with tags, in the state you received them and in the original packaging.
• Please notify us of any problems, damages or defects within 7 days from the date of delivery, and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost. Please bear in mind that the damaged/defective product will need to be returned to us.
• Please note that hoopos does not allow exchanges/returns on the following:
• Used/non-resaleable merchandise.
• Personal products - includes diapers, breast pumps, inner wear, etc.
• Food products
• Free products issued by hoopos
