contains viruses, time bombs, trojan horses, cancelbots, worms or other harmful or deleterious components or devices;

All items purchased from Purple are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Purple tries to be as accurate as possible. However, Purple does not warrant that product description or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Purple itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Pricing on the product is as it shows, however due to any technical issue, typographical error or product information received from our suppliers' prices of the product may vary. Purple will try to be accurate, however if you come across any difference in pricing on the hoopos.com website pre and post orders, we request you to contact us within 7 (Seven) days of placing your order. Purple shall then refund the difference amount within 10-15 business days of intimation. The mode of refund will be the same as at the time of placing the order. Cash on Delivery order refunds will be done by Cheque. If Purple comes across any such difference in pricing, it has all the rights to rectify the same or cancel the order.

Purple reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situation where Purple is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed/cancelled does not comply with the Purple's policy or for any other reason. However, Purple will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund, will be made in reasonable time.

For the entry to be valid, the participant needs to:

Send in a 30 word testimonial on shopping with hoopos.com in English
Send in a photograph of a shared happy moment with your child (mother and child)
A high-res version of the photograph needs to be available with the participant and needs to be shared with hoopos.com in case the participant is short listed
All entries need to be successfully uploaded on to the facebook page for hoopos.com: http://www.facebook.com/hoopos

The entry will be disqualified in case:
- The photograph is not of a mother and child (No nephews, nieces, friends allowed)
- The entry is sent in after the contest is closed.
hoopos.com reserves the right to:
- Tweak/work on the final selected image for the Ad in mother and baby magazine
- Reject any entry
- Change the prizes, dates and number of winners without intimation and mid way to the contest
Winner selection and prizes:
- Ten winners will be short listed from all entries received by a panel of hoopos.com judges
- The selection of the judges is final and no communication will be entertained post that
- The short listed participants will be informed by email and will be required to send in a high res version of the photograph
- The ten entries will be posted on hoopos facebook page and the final winner of the grand prize will be the entry with the maximum 'likes'. Thus making it is public choice.
- The short listed participants can tag their friends and family to garner votes.

The same day delivery is valid only for orders approved before 2 pm.
